  • Business planning and execution. This part is essential. Through our business planning training courses, we work with teams to design short, sharp and efficient 90-day plans and set an agreed approach for holding the team accountable. In many cases, we travel with organisations to check in at agreed points and revisit the strategy to ensure things are on track. Rhythm and discipline are the essential ingredients here.
