The Centre for Vision and Leadership is an organisational development consultancy that focuses on supporting you to lead strategy; team and business culture change; and leadership development.
Basically, we deal with the work of leaders. We focus on building the capability to do the work of leadership in a way that will drive positive change and deliver proven value – for both individuals, and the organisation as a whole. We love working as a partner to figure out exactly what is needed to best deliver on your objectives through practical, interactive leadership solutions. And we promise a good dose of fun along the way.

Just like climbing to reach a mountain peak, a leadership journey takes energy, time and focus. Both immediate objectives, and a shared vision of the future, need to be balanced as the layers are traversed. Our pyramid symbol reminds us of this journey.
