The Centre for Vision and Leadership is an organisational development consultancy that focuses on supporting you to lead strategy; team and business culture change; and leadership development through the best leadership programmes in New Zealand.


Basically, we deal with the work of leaders. We focus on building the capability to do the work of leadership in a way that will drive positive change and deliver proven value – for both individuals through high-quality leadership training, change leadership training and executive coaching. We also support organisations through comprehensive business planning training and innovative team building activities. We love working as a partner to figure out exactly what is needed to best deliver on your objectives through practical, interactive leadership solutions, including the best options for leadership training online. Just like climbing to reach a mountain peak, a leadership journey takes energy, time and focus. Both immediate objectives, and a shared vision of the future, need to be balanced as the layers are traversed. Our pyramid symbol reminds us of this journey.
