The Centre for Vision and Leadership is an organisational development consultancy that focuses on supporting you to lead strategy; team and business culture change; and leadership development.


Basically, we deal with the work of leaders. We focus on building the capability to do the work of leadership in a way that will drive positive change and deliver proven value – for both individuals, and the organisation as a whole. We love working as a partner to figure out exactly what is needed to best deliver on your objectives through practical, interactive leadership solutions. And we promise a good dose of fun along the way.

The pyramid in our logo helps tell the story of the work we do. In true partnership, we work with our clients to build a solid foundation of the fundamentals of people and leadership. Because, only when our foundations are strong, can we then truly build upon layers of success. And this work takes effort. Just like climbing to reach a mountain peak, a leadership journey takes energy, time and focus. Both immediate objectives, and a shared vision of the future, need to be balanced as the layers are traversed. Our pyramid symbol reminds us of this journey.
