We believe that coaching is the universal language of change and learning. It is fundamental for helping leaders increase their own self-awareness and to realise their personal potential and that of their teams.
We ask the powerful questions that help individuals and teams gain broader perspective; make smarter calls; and to build an action plan and approach that’s well thought out. Plus, our coaching work drives accountability to ensure plans are implemented – we are champions for your success.
Our CVL coaches are highly experienced and are carefully matched to meet both individual and organisational needs. We encourage ‘chemistry checks’ with coach and coachees, to ensure the fit works. We are then flexible in our delivery, offering both face-to-face and virtual coaching sessions.
Our coaching work includes:
Executive leadership coaching. We work with executives to fast-track their leadership development and unleash both personal and team potential. We help executives focus on business priorities, while balancing the advancement of their own development goals.
Transition leadership coaching. We coach leaders to support a fast and effective transition through change. We get that transitioning to a new leadership role is not a straight line – some days are easier than others, and the learning curve can be steep. We walk alongside you to flatten the curve.
Career coaching. We are passionate about working with individuals on their career path and provide career coaching support for current job support; to help establish your professional goals; or to support you in making a career change.
Team and group coaching. We work with both teams and groups to provide coaching support. Our coaching often helps with team building and problem solving, while quickly spreading leadership and core coaching skills within a group. Coaching can help with the establishment or renewal of new groups, alongside employee engagement.
Development of internal coaching teams within organisations. Increasingly, coaching is becoming essential to the fabric of a learning culture - a skill that good managers at all levels need. We work with organisations to build internal coaching capability and coaching squads to support a learning culture.
