Isabella Rumble

Junior Programme Coordinator (she/her)
Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Wellington

Hi! My name is Isabella, I work part-time in the Operations Team at CVL as a Junior Programme Coordinator.

I am born and raised in Wellington, so I am very familiar with getting around the city and love being able to walk pretty much everywhere. I am studying a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology at Victoria university of Wellington. Studying has shown me how to develop my organisational skills even further, allowing me to manage and balance my time better with my work, university, and personal lives.

I have been involved in the material preparations of many of our programmes and have been a part of the output processes for our clients such as Eke Panuku Self Leadership series, Financial Market Authorities Coaching Mindset workshops, Ryman LEAP workshops, and more. I have also helped with behind-the-scenes organisation for some of our bigger conferences.

When I’m not at work you can find me drinking coffee in the sun, out and about walking, shopping, or spending time with my family, friends, and animals.

When it comes to the programme coordinator role, I need to be switched on and ready for any sort of setbacks. Some of my skills are being positive, organised, friendly, and productive. I have a good attention to detail with hints of creation, and traits of stableness and reliability in a crisis. My areas of expertise are administrative and logistical support for our Senior Consultants in Wellington and Auckland, as well as some responsibility with Xero on our financial side. I value maintaining well-organised operations to make sure that our workshops run efficiently and impactfully.
