Jason Brennan – Senior consultant
Member ICF, NZAP, ITAA, NZTAA Registered psychotherapist
Jason has been working as a psychotherapist in Wellington for the past 10 years and made the move into coaching and supervision 5 years ago after a number of requests from leaders, in helping to support themselves and their staff more effectively within their workplace.
His motivation is to allow individuals to develop and maintain healthy communication with other colleagues and with their clients, to avoid unnecessary stress in their roles, and to more easily have conversations relating to challenging certain behaviours or to increase performance.
He has worked with a wide range of teams and leaders including executive management teams in the emergency services sector, medical sector, government departments and large corporate businesses. His background in psychotherapy provides him with a keen insight into how people function individually and as part of a team and this has helped him successfully support leaders and staff to improve their ability to achieve results.
Jason is a skilled facilitator, mentor, coach and supervisor. He is able to quickly connect with people and help them understand what might be getting in the way of their excelling in their performance. Clients describe him as insightful, caring, competent and professional.
