Aleisha is a strategic thinker mixed with serial enthusiast for people projects – with a passion for creating inclusive workplace cultures where individuals can thrive. As an associate certified coach (ACC) and facilitator, Aleisha has worked with various clients across private, Government and not-for-profit sectors.
The heart of her work focuses on supporting aspiring leaders and organisations to have access to the thinking, models and systems required to create more inclusive workplaces. Her background and strengths span across strategy development; marketing communications; change management; leadership programme design; coaching and facilitation.
Aleisha was formally the Programme Manager for NZ Champions for Change, an executive leadership initiative designed to increase diverse and inclusive leadership in New Zealand businesses. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Past President of the ICF NZ Northern Chapter Leadership Team.
